A business pioneer, HH Sheikh Khaled is the Chairman and Founder of the Bin Zayed Group — a leading conglomerate established in 1988. Born in Dubai in 1958, the Sheikh enjoyed a successful academic career in the United States, graduating from Boston University and completing his PhD at Michigan State University. Through the Bin Zayed Group, his enterprises comprise of holdings in energy, trading, industry, real estate, technology and financial services. In addition to this, the Sheikh holds pivotal positions in several private and public organisations, with his achievements by no means restricted to the business arena. His personal contributions in various public-serving entities is testimony to his commitment to social well-being. Dr. Shamir Kumar Nandy is a businessman and entrepreneur contributing over three decades of career experience in a diverse range of industries, including financial services, non-bank financial intermediation, wealth management, management advisory, property development and construction, green technology, renewable energy, sports, media and entertainment, education, and healthcare. His enthusiasm to protect and enhance the sustainable value and growth potential through real-estate development and management has also paved the way for his success in the takeover of Turiya Berhad — a property investment and management corporation listed on the Main Board of the Bursa Malaysia stock exchange since 1984 — and gave rise to his appointment as the Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2024. He is the recipient of the prestigious McMillan Woods Corporate Icon Award in 2023. In recognition of Dr. Shamir's achievements in shaping industries and leading synergistic enterprise, he is elected by esteemed members of the royal House of Nahyan to represent the acclaimed Bin Zayed Group of Companies (United Arab Emirates) in Southeast Asia and is the Group Managing Director of Provident Capital Co. Dato' Dr Siva Ananthan

Dato' Dr Siva has had a diverse career, starting out as a Law Academic, having founded and owned ATC (Advance Tertiary College) in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. ATC became one of the region's most successful private law colleges and the first affiliate college of the prestigious University of London (United Kingdom). He injected his college into a public listed company in 1988 and thereafter chose to pursue a career in Corporate Advisory work. He handled a wide array of matters for clients regionally and globally and acted as advisor to public and private companies. He has undertaken several hundred million dollars worth of debt reconstruction work over the years. He has over 4 decades of experience in working with both local and multinational companies providing a comprehensive range of legal, investment and business advisory services. He has served as a Governing Council Member of the ASEAN Law Association and is the recipient of the McMillan Woods Corporate Advisory Leadership Award in 2022. He is currently the Deputy Executive Chairman of GV Corporate Advisory Sdn Bhd (Malaysia), EO of both SKN Land & Development Sdn Bhd (Malaysia) and SKN Equities & Assets Sdn Bhd (Malaysia), Group Advisor to the Bin Zayed International Group of Companies and Director/CEO of Provident Capital Co. Ltd (Cambodia).
