No. 202301011447 (1505369-T)) (“PFB”) at https://profidu.com (the “Website”).

1.2. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise utilising any part of the Website, the party accessing the Website (“User”) confirms acceptance of these Terms and acknowledges that they form a legally binding agreement between the User and PFB. If the User does not agree to these Terms, the User shall immediately discontinue access to and use of the Website.

1.3. PFB reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Any such changes shall take effect immediately upon publication on the Website.
